In cooperation with Al Majd local village council in Dura city, Taghyeer movement, Future Youth Arms Forum, and Taghyeer Shyookh women group mobilized 50 activists to transform the neighbourhood of Al Majd school. The activists and some of the locals achieved to:
plant trees at the entrance of the village.
paint the school walls with messages of nonviolence, social responsibility and good citzenship.
clean the streets and pick up garbage.
create a small garden for the community.
Later on, Taghyeer was invited by the village council to strenghten the relationship and to work together toward bigger projects in the future.
